Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information created through your use of the service, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect ContextStacker.

• Account information, including your name, email address, authentication records, language preference, and workspace memberships.
• Workspace content, including chat messages, conversation history, uploaded documents, API resource configurations, and source references generated for answers.
• Service and security information, including device and session details, IP address, request timestamps, usage counters, and error records.
• Subscription information linked to your account and workspace, including plan status, renewal dates, App Store or web payment transaction references, and purchase-provider status. ContextStacker does not store full payment card details.

How we use information

We use information to provide workspace chat, process and retrieve authorized context, maintain conversation history, manage accounts and workspaces, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information or use workspace content for third-party advertising.

AI processing and service providers

When you ask a question, relevant workspace content may be sent to contracted AI and infrastructure providers to generate the requested answer. We limit this processing to what is needed to operate the service and apply contractual and technical safeguards.

We may also use hosting, storage, email, authentication, monitoring, and payment providers. These providers may process information only to deliver services to ContextStacker.

Sharing and workspace access

Workspace owners and authorized members may access information shared within their workspace according to their roles. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account or workspace is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. Account deletion ends active sessions immediately. Personal workspaces and their assets are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Shared workspace information remains under the control of the workspace owner, and ownership must be transferred before an owner can delete the account.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

ContextStacker and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.

Your choices and rights

You can update account settings, review active sessions, leave eligible workspaces, and request account deletion from the app or Web. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information.

Children

ContextStacker is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
